Situated on the banks of the beautiful Moruya River, Moruya has the feel of a country town while being the administrative centre of the Eurobodalla Shire.

Located 305 km (just over 4 hours) south of Sydney and 175 km (2 hours 20 mins) from Canberra, Moruya is surrounded by agricultural land, national parks and waterway.
The town is also well known for its quarries that supplied granite for many significant Australian landmarks including the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Regional Express (REX) offers daily flights to Moruya Airport from Sydney. Flights from Melbourne (via Merimbula) operate Monday to Saturday.
