Mollymook is a coastal town adjacent to the regional centre of Ulladulla.
The population of Mollymook is 1,184 and is comprised of approximately 50.9% females and 49.1% males. Mollymook has a population of 21 (1.8%) indigenous people and a median age of 51.
Mollymook is on the Princes Highway about 230 km south of Sydney (just over three hours by car) and around 198 km from Canberra (about 2.5 hours by car).
Regional Express (REX airlines) offers daily flights to Moruya Airport (one hour from Mollymook) from Sydney. Regular City Rail train services are available departing Sydney from Central Station and heading south to Bomaderry where the South Coast line ends.
The Premier Transport Group run coaches from Ulladulla to the Bomaderry railway station.

The Hospital has an Intensive Care Unit that incorporates High Dependency and Coronary Care beds. As well as these clinical services, the hospital has a busy Obstetric Unit and Children’s Ward.
