Holbrook Health Service is a 26 bed small community hospital comprised of an Emergency Care Service, a ten bed acute/sub-acute unit and a 16 bed State Government Residential Aged Care Facility receiving Commonwealth funding for the high care places. Community Health Services are provided from Holbrook Health Service with some visiting services provided from Albury and Culcairn.
Services are based on the Rural Health Service Model, with a focus on providing services locally which are safe and sustainable. These services are complemented by access to higher level services at a District level and by Rural/Regional referral Hospitals in Wagga Wagga and Albury. Tertiary Referral Hospitals are accessed in Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney.
