GP Synergy is pleased to announce that we were successful in having two RACGP 2021 Education Research Grants funded.
The competitive Education Research Grant program aims to build Regional Training Organisation (RTO) research capability in medical education and training with a specific focus on education improvement. The overarching objective is to develop evidence-based education initiatives that increase training capacity and improve educational outcomes.
The funded projects are:
- The QUIT-CA Index (Questionable In Training Clinical Activities): associations of low-value clinical activities and relationship to RACGP Fellowship examination performance.
- Exploring the clinical experience of Practice Experience Program participants via an established patient encounter tracking and learning tool.
