Are you a GP supervisor who currently or has recently supported an RACGP new fellow in your practice? An RACGP new fellow is a GP who has achieved RACGP fellowship within the past 5 years.
Dr Krystyna de Lange invites you to participate in a 60-minute online focus group discussion with other GP supervisors, as part of a research project aimed at identifying the gaps in training and preparedness for practice for RACGP new fellows, as perceived by new fellows and GP supervisors. It is intended that the outcomes of the project be used to inform future GP training programs and continuing professional development and support programs for new fellows.
The research team is able to offer GP supervisor focus group participants a gift card to the value of $150, as a gift for voluntary participation in the focus group.
This research project is supported by the RACGP with funding from the Australian Government under the Australian General Practice Training program. It is a joint General Practice Training Queensland (GPTQ) / University of Queensland (UQ) research project and has received approval from the University of Queensland Human Research Ethics Committee.
