Dr Haider Yaqoob is a Practice Experience Program (PEP) participant who has received excellent feedback from assessors during his PEP work-based assessments. Committed to increasing his medical knowledge, he has also demonstrated integrity, compassion and excellent clinical knowledge and skills. He is always responsive to feedback, using it constructively to improve his future consultations. Haider believes that ‘a vocation is where your deepest talents meet the world’s deepest needs’ and hence, he loves practicing medicine. He enjoys being a general practitioner as it allows him to be the first person to help and assist his patients to optimise their health.
