Dr Himanthi Balasuriya completed her training at Tahmoor Medical Centre and Picton Family Medical Centre in South Eastern NSW. Himanthi has stayed on at Tahmoor Medical Centre where she currently practices. She completed the Royal Australian College of General Practice fellowship exam with the highest overall score in 2020 for a GP Synergy registrar in NSW and ACT. With more than 540 registrars in NSW and ACT sitting exams in 2020 her outstanding results speak for themselves.
