We have changed the platform we use to send some our emails. If you haven’t heard from us recently, it might be a good idea to check your junk or spam filter.
The first step is to contact your IT administrator to make sure both of these domains are whitelisted on the company email filtering system
If you are using Outlook or Gmail email accounts, and you see our emails trapped in the SPAM folder, you can right click on the email and:
- for Outlook select ‘Junk’ and ‘Never Block Sender’
- for Gmail select ‘More’ and ‘Not Spam’.
You can also create custom whitelists in Gmail and Outlook by following the guides below:
- Gmail – How to whitelist a sender or domain in Gmail
- Outlook – Add address domain to safe senders in Outlook.
